How information is used in this training site.
Your account
When you sign up, WordPress stores your email address, an account identifier and a password hash. Your chosen training pathway, current week and weekly logs are associated with your account.
Training logs
Logs can include exercise details, weights, repetitions, minutes and reflections. They are shown to your signed-in account. Site administrators can access stored account information and logs for administration and support.
Contact messages
The contact form stores your email and message in the site so the administrator can review your request. Include only information relevant to your question.
Cookies and account email
WordPress uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Password-reset messages use the email address on your account. Program signup does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Abuse prevention
Signup and contact attempts use temporary rate-limit records derived from a hash of the request’s IP address. These records expire after a short interval; the signup limit lasts up to an hour.
Keeping and updating information
Account details and logs remain stored until they are removed through site administration. Hosting backups may also contain site data. Contact the administrator to request help accessing, correcting or deleting information associated with your account.

The pilot stores your equipment inventory, goals, practiced skills, limitations you choose to share, participation consent, daily recovery check-ins, recommendations, session outcomes, saved workouts, credit deposits and weekly reviews. These records are associated with your account and available to you and site administrators for coaching and support.
No pilot information is sent to an AI service in the current version. Starter-program logs and pilot records are stored separately. WordPress privacy export and erasure tools include pilot records; contact the administrator for assistance. Removed records may remain in hosting backups until those backups expire.
Saved nutrition targets
The Nutrition calculator processes the measurements and goal you submit. Calculations are not saved unless you are signed in and choose Calculate & save targets. Saved records include age, equation coefficient, measurements, activity, timeline, calculated targets and an update date. They are stored in your account and accessible to site administrators. You can replace or delete them from Nutrition, or request a WordPress privacy export or erasure. No inputs are sent to an AI service.
