What comes next

Our longer-term vision includes coaches with their own approaches, nutrition tools, connected health data and useful physical products.

Planned directions; these features are not available yet.

Make it practical

Your next twelve weeks, with room for real life.

One program, three weekly pathways and a useful version of every session.

Weeks 1–3

Establish the identity

Learn the movements and build a repeatable training rhythm.

Weeks 4–6

Build capacity

Add controlled circuit work and easy aerobic training.

Weeks 7–9

Build strength

Progress resistance while keeping conditioning manageable.

Weeks 10–12

Own the system

Practice adapting sessions and choose a routine you can sustain.

What does adapting a workout look like?

A strength session keeps its purpose as your available time changes. Shorter sessions count; they do not provide the same dose as a full session.

Full

Strength sets, accessories and an easy aerobic finish.

Fallback

Keep the main squat, push and pull work.

Minimum

One controlled set of each main movement.

What you need: dumbbells or kettlebells, a stable chair or bench, and space to walk. Easier substitutions and illustrated movement instructions are included.
