Daily coaching became only one layer of the system.
Adaptive Training also began developing a structured weekly review.
Weekly reviews evaluate:
- total training completed
- Workout Bank totals
- daily medals
- consistency
- Movement Balance
- Movement Debt
- Aerobic Base
- recovery conditions
- planned versus completed work
- deviations from the plan
- time required to return after missed training
- progress toward the actual outcome
- the single highest-value adjustment for the next week
The weekly review is deliberately non-punitive.
Missed sessions are information.
They should not automatically trigger make-up workouts or punishment.
The important metric is often not whether a session was missed.
It is:
How quickly did training behavior return?
